We are now looking for a Unique Banker/ Financial Services specialist to provide leadership for this proposition of Leasing.

Reporting to the Vice President, Branch Network Management & Product Development, selected candidate will be a driving force of the growth and strategic direction of the Bank.

The Job

  • Execute strategy and business plan for sustainable, profitable growth of the leasing business across identified channels
  • Position the Bank as a differentiated service center, servicing clients across the Bank in identified primary customer touch points
  • Provide leadership for achieving all the targets relating to topline, bottom line, profitability ratios and other critical metrics as per business plan through continuous monitoring and course corrections as needed
  • Provide leadership to the team in mapping the market including new and preowned passenger and commercial vehicles that includes vehicle dealers and end users
  • Develop strategic business partnerships with acceptable institutions as per bank norms to enhance bank’s revenue
  • Ensure facility structuring including utilization of credit lines 
  • Ensure thrust on Liability business lines to enhance CASA ratio  
  • Provide guidance and champion cross selling of Bank’s products and services
  • Brainstorm with team and coordinate with marketing for market surveys to identify profitable customer needs/segments/ geographies
  • Undertake customer specific and niche communication initiatives that helps in customer retention and market share gain 
  • Ensure horizontal integration with other interfacing departments across the Bank
  • Timely review of policies, systems, processes and practices taking into account market dynamics and regulatory requirements which provide the Bank a cutting edge advantage
  • Provide inputs for development of competitive market pricing and management of risks to relevant committees
  • Achieve cost optimization through automation and digitization in taking the Bank to the next level of customer centricity and breakthrough service
  • Provide leadership and guidance in growing and sustaining a performance driven culture and accomplish the best potential of the energetic young team
Entry Requirements

The Person

  • A Bachelor’s degree/ professional qualification in Banking, Business, Finance or equivalent related qualification
  • 15+ years’ experience in Banking/ Financial Services, including at least 8 years progressive experience in leasing business
  • Experience in managing a large team and Leasing Centers is a distinct advantage
  • Possess Leadership skills to get the best of a dynamic, vibrant team
  • Be strategically oriented in execution
  • Be creative enough to find suitable customer centric solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Truly business oriented
