Forecast, plan and distribute projects to the production team.
Assist the team with reporting requirements and business cases.
Maintain production and accuracy as defined by the client /management.
Attend and respond to internal and external queries.
Monitor and maintain KPI's.
Liaise between client, Management and Operations team.
Apply best practices to improve existing processes.
Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working hours 6.30 pm to 3.30 am.
Experience working for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience - minimum 2 years as ATL/TL in AR
Collections and Account Management or Client Services or Equal capacity in other BPO sectors (International Clientele only).
Bachelor's degree in business management/administration or equal qualifications.
Exceptional English communication skills both written and oral.
High proficiency in Microsoft Products- MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to create or modify Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to meet deadlines.
