Should be able make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.
Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
Should be able to follow appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation while working.
Should be able to achieve the targets.
A school leaver, graduate or an undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.
Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.
Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM / 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM.
