Description
  • Should be able make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.

  • Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.

  • Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).

  • Should be able to follow appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation while working.

  • Should be able to achieve the targets.

Entry Requirements
  • A school leaver, graduate or an undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.

  • Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.

  • High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.

  • Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM / 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM.
