Should be able make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.

Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.

Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).

Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.

6 months to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with experience in the RCM industry are also encouraged to apply)

Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.

Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.

High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.

Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 7 PM to 4 AM / 8 PM to 5 AM.
