Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our Learning & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in delivering training programs and supporting organizational learning initiatives. The intern will assist in training , coordination and delivery for both new recruits and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees under supervision.
• Coordinate training programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Requirements:

• Interest in pursuing a career in Training, Learning & Development,.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work on a weekly  alternate between  day shift (8:30am to 5:30pm) and night shifts (7.30pm to 4.30am ) , depending on business needs.

• Basic understanding of training concepts or experience in academic or volunteer-led training initiatives is an advantage

Candidates who have participated in speech and drama programs  or are active members of Toastmaster Clubs  or similar organizations will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably enrolled in, or having partially or fully completed, a National Diploma or Certificate in Training and Human Talent Development, working toward Certified Trainer (CT) status, or pursuing qualifications in a related field.
• Eagerness to gain practical experience in training delivery and coordination.
