Act as the first point of contact for all our clients providing excellent service and follow up until resolution.
Coordinating between internal departments & clients in resolving customer escalations.
Meeting recurring goals regarding volume & quality.
Maintaining all required reports & trackers to set the standards of the company.
6 months to 5 years of working experience in customer care field (Candidates with experience in the RCM / BPO industries are also encouraged to apply)
Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.
Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM
