Description
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.

  • Support other departments as needed.

Entry Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or administrative training a plus).

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
