Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
Support other departments as needed.
Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or administrative training a plus).
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
