Drive high-volume recruitment and onboarding efforts to meet the organization’s aggressive growth needs.
Coordinate closely with Operations Managers to reconcile hiring requirements and ensure alignment with workforce plans.
Ensure requisition requirements are fulfilled as per the specified timelines.
Provide regular talent acquisition reports and hiring analytics to the senior leadership.
Shortlist and conduct interviews for both Executive and Management level roles.
Maintain and manage databases for CVs, service verifications, interview tracking, and recruitment pipelines.
Ensure the MIHCM system is effectively used for tracking, reporting, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.
Support the implementation of recruitment strategies tailored for bulk hiring.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
Delegate, monitor and measure the Talent Acquisitions executives targets and objectives.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO sector.
Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate and converse well with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of local recruitment trends and strategies for high-volume hiring.
Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and ambitious hiring goals.
Ability to work 3 days straddle shift (1pm to 10pm - drop provided ) and two days day shift.
