Description
- Maintain and monitor time and attendance to ensure real-time, accurate tracking across all employee shifts via HRIS.
- Manage and reconcile employee leave records and attendance ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Identify and resolve attendance discrepancies in coordination with line managers and employees.
- Generate regular reports on attendance, absenteeism, and leave trends for HR and leadership review.
- Collaborate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure leave and attendance data is accurate.
Entry Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, time and attendance management, or HRIS support.
- Degree/ Diploma or a professional qualification in HR
- Prior work experience in handling MiHCM system is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Excellent in data analysis.
- High attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle sensitive data.
- Ability to work according to U.S. standard hours and calendar. Working Hours 7.00 pm to 4.00 am
