Managing HRIS
Administer and manage HRIS platform.
Support HR audits by maintaining 100% accuracy in system data and documentation.
Coordinating on HRIS support and trouble shoot issues.
Administering Attendance and Leave process.
Track and monitor the entire employee attendance and leave process.
Handling BGV process
Complete BGV process on a timely manner.
Supporting the payroll process
Verify and submit the new recruit details to process the monthly payroll.
Reports
Prepare all types of periodical reports.
3+ years of experience in HR with specific exposure to MiHCM system and 1 year of related work experience.
Excellent in data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS office packages.
High attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle sensitive data.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, analytical & problem-solving skills
