Description

Managing HRIS

  • Administer and manage HRIS platform.

  • Support HR audits by maintaining 100% accuracy in system data and documentation.

  • Coordinating on HRIS support and trouble shoot issues.

Administering Attendance and Leave process.

  • Track and monitor the entire employee attendance and leave process.

Handling BGV process

  • Complete BGV process on a timely manner.

Supporting the payroll process

  • Verify and submit the new recruit details to process the monthly payroll.

Reports

  • Prepare all types of periodical reports.

Entry Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with specific exposure to MiHCM system and 1 year of related work experience.

  • Excellent in data analysis.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS office packages.

  • High attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle sensitive data.

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, analytical & problem-solving skills
