Description
- Should be able make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
- Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.
- Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
- Should be able to follow appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation while working.
- Should be able to achieve the targets.
Entry Requirements
- A school leaver, graduate or an undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
- High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.
- Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Day Shift Working Hours 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
