Description
- Act as the first point of contact for all our clients providing excellent service and follow-up until resolution.
- Ability to coordinate between all departments internally
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding volume and quality.
- Reconciles daily batch posting to ensure payment posting function is accurate and performed on a timely basis
- Payments and adjustments are accurately recorded in the Practice management system
Entry Requirements
- Age between 19 to 28 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
- Minimum of 01 years of experience in the KPO/BPO sector (Preferably with RCM background)
- Fluency in in Microsoft Office based software.
- Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Day Shift Working Hours 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
