1.POST DETAILS

Post: Admin & Finance Officer

Contract Duration: Permanent, initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year.

Division: Sales & Marketing

2.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Admin & Finance Officer will report to the Manager, Front Office, and will work closely with theFinance Team and Front Office staff of EyeCare Hospital and Optical outlets.


3.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Admin & Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financialtransactions and administrative records related to both hospital and optical operations. The role focuses onbilling reconciliation, financial documentation, and supporting smooth administrative processes acrossshifts.


4.SCOPE OF WORK
•Complete daily billing reconciliation for both Hospital and Optical shifts.
•Verify accuracy of transactions, receipts, and payment records before submission to the FinanceDepartment.
•Coordinate with Front Office staff to ensure timely and accurate billing entries.
•Reconcile cash, card, and insurance transactions with system reports.
•Maintain organized records of invoices, payment receipts, and daily reports.
•Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or customer payment issues.
•Liaise with the Finance Department regarding deposits, petty cash, and outstanding payments.
•Support administrative functions, including report preparation and document filing.
•Provide assistance during audits and monthly financial reviews.
•Perform any other related duties assigned by the Employer within the work scope.

• Strong understanding of billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial management systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Front Office and Finance teams.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare billing systems is an added advantage.

Entry Requirements

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or any other relevantfield.
•Minimum 3 years of work experience in a finance or administrative role after completion of theDiploma.
OR
•A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or any other relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial administration, billing, or related fields after
completion of A Levels.
• Preference will be given to candidates aged 25 years and above.
