Work with the Automation Teams in Chennai & Colombo to assign tasks and manage the RPA project timelines.  

Setup and manage a defect tracking system and support system for RPA Automation and other Software Development projects.  

Manage our development project tracking systems for assigning and tracking all development tasks to ensure we remain on time and on budget.  

Be experienced with the Agile process of development, ie Scrums, Epics, Backlog, Managing Kanban boards, Sprints.  

This person needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to aggressively manage timelines to ensure we hit our project milestones.  

Proven experience in a similar capacity, 5 – 10 years of proven experience in a similar capacity in expected.  

Being a certified Project Manager will be an added advantage.  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 

Strong leadership and team management skills. 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

Familiarity with business process management and optimization. 

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integrations, and automation architecture. 

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
