Description
  • Communicate with clients based in US and maintain a healthy relationship with all parties.
  • Forecast Plan Setting internal targets/ goals and distributing projects to the production team and revising them accordingly.

  • Training new agents and assist the team with reporting requirements and business cases.

  • Managing the teams in terms of performances and targets.

  • Maintain production and accuracy as defined by the client/ Management.

  • Attend and respond to internal and external queries and demonstrating strong attention to detail in preparing all deliverables.

  • Monitor and maintain KPI's.

  • Liaise between client, Management and Operations team.

  • Apply best practices to improve existing processes and management

 

 

 

Entry Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 6 years' experience in revenue cycle management or Minimum 2 years of TL in AR collections & account management or client services experience working in a supervisory role at BPO or at a reputed customer centric organization.
  • Degree in Business Management.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Prior experiencing in managing a team 20 - 30 individuals.
  • High proficiency in MS products especially in MS Excel, MS Word and outlook.
