Description
  • Responsible to ensure clients accounts are worked efficiently, goals and targets are met, vendors and client are managed appropriately and issues and results are communicated effectively.
  • An excellent team player who can establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain KPI's to ensure smooth transition of clients from onboarding to operations while meeting service level agreements.
  • Ensure client accounts are managed efficiently and targets are met.
  • Effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues & clients.
  • Ensure a smooth client transitions from onboarding to operations.
  • Maintain and exceed benchmark KPIs.

 

Entry Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience, including 4 years in management preferably in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office products - Intermediate to Advanced excel skills required.
  • Good people management skills and a team player.
  • Demonstrate commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Proven people management abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to ork according to U.S. time zones and calendar.(Working Hours 7.00PM to 4.00 AM)
